Role Description

We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to identify and develop relationships with homeowners, insurance agents, property managers, and other referral sources. This role combines direct field sales, lead follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.

Qualification

• Sales and client relationship building skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
• Previous experience in the restoration preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and job leads
• Present restoration services to potential clients and partners
• Track and report sales activities in CRM
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless customer service
• Attend local networking events and trade shows as needed
