Responsibilities
-Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, practice managers, and decision-makers.
-Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs and propose customized RCM solutions.
-Collaborate with internal teams (operations, implementation, and client success) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
-Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
-Maintain CRM records, track sales activities, and provide regular reports to leadership.
