This is a full-time role for a Sales Representative at Hestia International (Pvt) Ltd, located on-site in Hanwella. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and generating new customer leads, maintaining customer relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential customers, demonstrating products, negotiating sales agreements, and following up on leads. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase sales and market presence.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
Ability to conduct market research and identify potential customers
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the retail or wholesale industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently
