Job Title: Account Manager
Job description: Reports directly to the Sales Manager of the Company.The Account Manager plays an important role in the growth and development of Advantage Fleet, LLC. Promoting our business and establishing working relationships amongst current and potential customers is vital to our progress and continual development. Having a positive and upbeat personality with exceptional knowledge of the product is beneficial to the success you will have within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Meet, procure, and maintain relationships with customers.
Network to find out the best ways to sell yourself and the company’s mission, vision, and business.
Product Research (try to find new product to sell and learn best ways to sell current product)
Collect data on what customers are stocking and what product they use.
Developing and executing a sales plan in the local territory to meet/exceed sales goals.
Develops and executes profitable business plans or managing accounts.
Required Skills and Experience:

Ability to cold call and maintain existing accounts.

Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Capacity to learn and be trained on selling techniques and extensive product line.

Sell for all departments of the company: QuickServe, Onsite, Towing, FleetMod, Parts HD, Fleet Body Works, Shiners Detail and Truck Wash, and Big Ink.
Gain company recognition through quality and friendly customer service techniques
Follow through on specific jobs sold to each division
Work with marketing to implement sales flyers for all departments and monthly specials.
Involvement in sales meetings with department managers and future projects
Assist in training future sales personnel
Abide by all current company policy and future policy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
