• Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently
• Expertly match our products and services to our customers’ needs
• Grow your customer-base in your local area
• Add value by building strong customer and team relationships
• Provide high- level customer service and stakeholder management
• Drive your sales success
• Demonstrate your capacity to manage KPIs and manage workflows
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Retail experience
• Proactive mindset and ambition
• 2-5 years sales experience - Home Décor and/or Furnishings preferred
• Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's licence
• Capacity to work every second Saturday
• IT proficiency - PC/Tablet and MS Windows based programs
