The Parts Admin Staff is responsible for handling and monitoring the administrative functions of the Parts Department. He/She is also in charge of requesting parts and supplies, processing of payments, and generating of reports.
Prepares Purchase Orders (PO), Receive Reports (RR), and receives Request for Payments (RFP) for non-Principal. suppliers;
Prepares Parts Requisition and Issue Slip (PRIS) for Sales Department transactions;
Ensures the availability of accessories and free items needed by Sales Department and OTC customers;
Maintain documents of Parts Department;
Replenishes office supplies and other consumables of the Parts Department.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology or any related course.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Must be knowledgeable in MS application.
Willing to be assigned in Isuzu Commonwealth, Quezon City
