Summary

Shivers Buildings is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for creating and following up on leads who engage in our products and convert them into customers. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients before and after the purchase of our product. This will include qualifying leads, lead conversion client follow-ups and setting appointments. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is welcomed and training will be provided.

Performance Objectives

  • Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments with senior sales staff and hosting virtual presentations initially until you have received trainign and can confidently do it yourself.
  • Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources.
  • Make contact with a minimum of 100 customers daily and convert leads to customers.
  • Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
  • Communicate the company’s value propositions to all customers.
  • Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment

Education & Experience

  • GED or high school diploma preferred but not required
  • Strong presentation skills
  • HubSpot preferred, but not required


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • This position will require travel - up to 5%

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
