We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to oversee our Charlotte territory. This individual will be responsible for growing our presence across on- and off-premise accounts, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of brand representation in the market. Experience with distributors, self-distribution, and beer industry tools like Ekos is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts throughout the Charlotte and North West North Carolina area.
· Drive new placements and increase velocity in existing accounts.
· Coordinate closely with our warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Collaborate with distributors and the internal sales team to manage orders, resolve issues, and drive growth.
· Maintain thorough CRM notes, sales reports, and inventory tracking.
· Conduct product samplings, participate in events, and support promotional initiatives.
· Educate account staff and consumers on product offerings and brand story.
· Perform quality control checks on products in the market.
· Visit territory accounts daily and manage professional route planning.
· Propose and execute territory growth strategies.
· Track, analyze, and report on territory sales performance to guide future efforts.
· Host and support both on-premise and off-premise activations and events.
· Represent the brand at community events, festivals, and other relevant functions.
· Submit weekly/monthly recaps, market visit reports, quarterly goals, and expense reports in a timely manner.
· Attend regular sales meetings and maintain open communication with the team.
· Manage personal administrative tasks with professionalism and accuracy.
· Fulfill other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of beverage sales experience, preferably in craft beer or a related industry.
· Proven experience working with both distributors and in a self-distribution environment.
· Proficiency in using Ekos or similar inventory/sales management software is a plus.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage time and accounts efficiently.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to drive for extended periods and lift/move cases and kegs as needed.
