Job Responsibilities :

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients through calls, networking, and in-person meetings.

• Schedule and attend face-to-face client meetings to understand their HR challenges and present tailored service solutions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and follow up consistently.
• Conduct services presentations and provide in-depth information about our HR offerings.
• Collaborate with internal HR consultants and teams to align client needs with our services.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and HR service offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business or any related field.
• 0-1 Years of Experience in Sales (Services) or fresh grad.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
