LEKKER Bikes Amsterdam is looking for a part-time Sales & Support rockstar to join our team—specifically for weekends and a few flexible weekday hours. As our Weekend Sales rep you’ll be based at our Amsterdam HQ and Showroom and will be the warm, enthusiastic face of LEKKER for customers visiting over the weekend. You’ll welcome riders-to-be, guide them through test rides, share your knowledge on our products, and ensure they leave the store excited about the LEKKER experience. This part-time role is perfect for someone looking to dive into a dynamic, customer-facing position, while enjoying flexibility and a fun, supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the ultimate weekend host in our showroom: welcome visitors, provide product insights, and assist with test rides and sales.
• Support the full customer journey—from first questions to riding off with a new bike.
• Help respond to sales inquiries and support tickets (in person and occasionally online or by phone).
• Keep the showroom tidy, inviting, and reflective of the LEKKER vibe.
• Assist with small bike fixes and ensure test bikes are always ready to roll.
• Work closely with our logistics, support, and showroom teammates to keep operations smooth.
• Share customer feedback with the team to help elevate our service and product offering.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Has experience in retail, hospitality, or customer support.
• Speaks English. Dutch is a plus. 
• Loves talking to people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays, with some flexibility for weekday hours.
• A problem-solver who loves bikes and isn’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty.
• Based in or around Amsterdam.
• Would be open to drive around to offer test rides.
