Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will primarily be in charge of scheduling and preparing our sales team for important meetings and trade shows. You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer. 

 

Responsibilities

  • To assist in coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when necessary.
  • To provide administrative support and assist in processing sales orders.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Assist in preparing and organising promotional material, projects, and events. 
  • Upkeep of clients/dealers database – updating where necessary.
  • Act as gallery host when school tours visit the gallery, / Storytelling at school events when necessary.


JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Proactive with good communication skills, able to multitask & work independently.
  • Willing to learn and responsive.
  • Have a sense of urgency.
  • Travelling outstation is needed.
  • Candidates should be fluent in Mandarin due to the role requiring interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
