Summary

We are looking for a responsible Sales Project Manager in a rapidly growing company with opportunities for personal growth.


Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage B2B sales processes from initial contact to closing deals, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients—handling inquiries, preparing offers, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in trade fairs, including planning, logistics, and on-site presence.
  • Represent the company at industry events and actively engage with potential customers to generate new business leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer feedback.
  • Track sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems and project tracking tools.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Take ownership of assigned sales-related projects—from process improvements to launching new customer onboarding strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks, proposals, and cross-functional collaboration.


Qualifications


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident in speaking with customers and representing the company
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities – able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and accountability
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presentations, especially at fairs or events
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
