Summary

Moose Roofing is hiring Sales Project Managers who provide homeowners with the best experience. Consultants will be responsible for leading inspections and ensuring high-quality service, including inspecting roofs, attics, and performing tasks that require climbing ladders. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate the sales process effectively to earn homeowners' business and trust. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing customer relationships and ensuring quality control.


Class start date: 30 JUNE 2025


Responsibilities:

·        Conduct property inspections (roofs, attics, etc.) using ladders and document findings with photos and reports.

·        Follow sales strategies, source clients, generate referrals through calls and door knocking, and maintain a customer database.

·        Present company products and services, negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

·        Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and texts while maintaining positive relationships.

·        Attend comprehensive training sessions and stay updated on industry advancements and market conditions.

·        Complete quality checks on service, delivery, and products.


Qualifications:

  • Friendly, approachable personality with a competitive spirit and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate.
  • Comfortable with climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and being in attics.
