Job Description:
Function: Sales Program Execution & Pilot Development for AU, India, and US/KR timezone
Experience & Background
5+ years of experience in B2B Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Sales Program Management preferably within multinational or tech-driven organizations.
Proven track record managing multi-timezone sales campaigns (especially involving AU, India, and US/KR timezone).
Direct experience in Lead Management from MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) handling to SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) conversion.
Previous exposure to pilot campaign setup and execution, with measurable outcomes and ROI tracking.
Sales & Marketing Capabilities
Strong understanding of Sales Funnel Dynamics, MQL/SQL frameworks, and conversion optimization.
Familiar with lead scoring methodologies and ability to design custom scoring models based on target market behavior.
Capable of identifying business opportunities from customer contact activities and generating actionable reports.
Experience supporting or driving Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives is a plus.
Process & Analytical Thinking
Skilled in creating, documenting, and improving sales operation workflows.
Experience in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales, etc.
Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and propose performance improvement strategies based on real-time insights.
Communication & Leadership
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; experience liaising with Korean HQ is a plus.
Strong presentation and reporting capabilities able to draft executive-level reports and lead client meetings.
Comfortable managing small teams (13 members) and collaborating cross-functionally across global units.
Work Ethics & Culture Fit
Highly adaptable to different cultures and timezone; flexibility to work across AU, India, and US/KR hours as needed.
Proactive problem-solver who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
