We are looking for a Sales Program Assistant to join the IK sales team to assist our sales staff to support our reseller network. We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented individual to facilitate a wide variety of tasks, including sales reporting and analysis, compiling and maintaining reseller forms, maintaining and coordinating calendars and related activities.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Review and consolidate sales reports for analysis and reporting on trends and results.
Analyze account performance and review with sales executives to create new programs.
Compile new product setup information and monitor reseller websites for accuracy.
Analyze remote inventory and compile forecasts & create shipments as needed.
Monitor and enforce MAP compliance with resellers.
Maintain marketing & promotional calendar and coordinate dealer marketing.
Analyze and report on dealer marketing activities and results.
The position will involve interaction with a wide range of consumer and music resellers. The ideal candidate will be interested and willing to develop strong knowledge of these accounts and how best to support their sales and marketing needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Excellent written & visual communication skills and facility with MS Office and Excel. Photoshop or Illustrator a major plus.
Excellent coordination and time management skills are fundamental to this position.
Ability and willingness to work in a team.
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
Multilingual is a plus.
Understanding of music technology and the mobile market is a plus.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms a big plus.
The position is located in Sunrise, Florida, US.
