Summary

General Manager About Us The General Manager is responsible for the performance and success of the studio. This encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, from maintaining the books and staff management to the development and promotion of the SPENGA brand. Responsibilities also include sales of memberships, membership retention and community outreach to build the SPENGA brand. Qualifications Strong management and leadership abilities Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services a plus Willingness to learn and adapt Contagious upbeat personality Motivation and drive Excellent customer service and sales skills Job Requirements Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations Manage all operational aspects of the business including but not limited to: ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, payroll, scheduling & studio cleanliness Lead, train, motivate and manage all staff to represent SPENGA Sell memberships and retail Retain and increase client participation Submit accurate and timely reports Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships Be a SPENGA ambassador – promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Shift: 8 hour shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
