Role and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures to streamline the sales cycle and ensure consistent and efficient operations.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and provide insights into sales management to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and targets. Monitor sales performance against targets and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, report generation, and utilization of the CRM by the sales team.
  • Support the sales team by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to enhance their productivity and effectiveness. This may include sales training programs, sales collateral development, and sales technology adoption.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, sales trends, and performance insights. Present findings and recommendations to drive strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to align sales strategies, resolve issues, and optimize
