Summary

This position provides comprehensive support for the sales management team. The Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) will be responsible for managing and distributing data, generating reports, updating databases, and providing highly responsive support to the field sales team. Responsibilities will include managing data related to sales activity, account lists, orders, pricing, shipment tracking, deliveries, commission payments, and more. The candidate must be proficient in various software programs to create and update reports and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage data to generate various reports.
    • Update online databases.
    • Respond quickly to questions and inquiries.
    • Represent the company to distribution partners and customers.


    ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS


    • Experience and knowledge in the following programs and applications:
    • Microsoft Access and related relational databases
    • Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Word, Outlook (including OneDrive)
    • CoPilot and AI experience preferred but not required.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • High level of professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple activities.
    • Open to coaching, ongoing development, and constructive criticism.
    • Self-starter: desire to work hard without supervision.
