Job Description: Senior Manager, MSFT Dynamics Business administrationThe Opportunity: Do you love helping users discover and grow how they use MSFT Dynamics? We are looking for a strong Business Administration to help us take our MSFT Dynamics and operational processes to the next level. The Role:
Looking for a seasoned Business Admin with strong operational and communication skills, who can manage day-to-day run the business and work collaboratively on change the business projects. The person should have a strong interest in the commercial tech stack, AI and other emerging technologies, and data management. Ideally, this person should have a strong end user experience orientation and enjoy working in a dynamic environment as we take the company to the next level of CRM capability.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Serve as the Business Administrator with deep partnership with IT's System Administrators
* Provide Help Desk support to Advantage's CRM users including troubleshooting, managing tickets, developing reports, changes to system due to business changes (e.g., hierarchy)
* Develop and implement automated workflows, approvals, and processes to improve efficiency.
* Optimize processes working with Ops team-mates and business users.
* Develop reports, dashboards, and forms tailored.
* Manage routine changes in configuration, naming, etc. that should not require System Admin support.
* Be a subject matter expert on Dynamics and how it is used at Advantage.
* Work with training to develop end user and manager training including:
* User Training & Support
* Maintain documentation on the systems including a business written data dictionary.
* Onboarding new users
* Build out reporting for different part of the business within a common framework.
* Monitors usage and adoption including providing recommendations on how to improve.
* Support Advantages' Win/Loss Reporting in CRM for Branded Services
* Develop KPIs dashboards for executives, leaders, and managers.
* Develop Marketing automation capabilities with Communications and IT teams to set up strong lead management processes.
* Own and manage Dynamic licenses.
* Work with all levels of the organization from CXO to front-line staff.
* Open to applying emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI) that will accelerate insights and free up capacity for higher value activities.
* Work on ad-hoc projects and requests.
Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree
* MSFT Dynamics Certification
* 5 years of work experience in SalesOps/RevOps working as a business administrator for Dynamics; Ideally across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven outcomes.
* Good data management skills including excel, SQL and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) needed.
* Strong written, oral, and conversational skills
* Interest in CPG and retailing preferred.
* Strong work ethic who overcomes obstacles routinely
