Compliance leader WorkForceQA is seeking a dynamic and sales driven Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will provide important administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing team. Must have a proven track record working with HubSpot. This position would be responsible for managing and optimizing of sales and marketing processes, procedures, and data to drive performance and achieve revenue goals. This position will be responsible for analyzing sales and marketing data, managing CRM systems, implementing sales automation, and developing reports and dashboards to track key metrics.

Job Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales support experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a CRM.
HubSpot experience required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in consultative and relationship building techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong commitment to ethical sales practices and client service.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
