We are now looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive and continuously develop sales process and tools in the Region. They will own directives and guidelines to secure adherence to Ericsson guidelines, and secure effective funnel management and pipeline quality assurance.
What you will do:
Drive sales operations related change programs (for new corporate or regional initiatives)
Manage the sales funnel as well the sales tools
Point of Contact with Vendor management and procurement team with STC
Generate POQ and help AM for Lead Generation
Support in RFPs in all domains all upcoming opportunities & participate customer negotiations to ensure successful awarding
Be creating Sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales; ensure stakeholders alignment.
Be actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations.
Optimization of the account team performance and to enable seamless transition to operations
Handle day to day operations of the accounts from E2E perspective; ensuring Process adherence and maximum compliancy
Be responsible to maximize customer relationships and loyalty.
Drive adherence to sales process and tools
The skills you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (IT, Telecom, Computer Science or Computer engineering etc.)
Overall exp should have between 2 to 5 years in telecom industry.
Should have an experience Ericsson portfolio mainly in IT, Digital Services
Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
You will need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills
Innovative and creative
Social ability and interpersonal skills
Intellectual ability and critical thinking
Accountable and committed with a passion to win
Perseverant and result oriented
