POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Operations Manager his critical role will be instrumental in optimizing sales processes, driving efficiency, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations within the tech sector, with a focus on property management software. It is expected that you maintain a professional demeanor in alignment with the expectations outlined in this job description.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Process Optimization:

• Analyze and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Sales Analytics and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance.
• Utilize data-driven analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Sales Forecasting and Planning:

• Work closely with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and plans.
• Provide insights into potential revenue opportunities and challenges.

CRM Management:

• Oversee the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Ensure data accuracy, implement system enhancements, and provide training to the sales team.

Sales Enablement:

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop sales collateral, tools, and training materials.
• Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary resources to succeed in their roles.

Process Documentation and Training:

• Document sales processes and procedures to facilitate training and onboarding.
• Conduct training sessions to educate the sales team on new processes and tools.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with finance, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
• Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to address operational issues.

Technology Evaluation and Implementation:

• Stay informed about emerging sales technologies and tools.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the tech industry.
• Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
• Experience with Revenue AI Platforms (e.g., Gong)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with property management software or related technologies is advantageous.
