About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about owning the sales process end-to-end. This role requires someone who is not just a report generator, but a dynamic force behind our sales execution—driving pipeline momentum, ensuring every deal progresses efficiently, and proactively spotting gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for revenue acceleration.
This role is critical to ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks, and that every sales opportunity is maximized. The ideal candidate will be methodical yet agile, structured yet adaptable, and capable of working across teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance) to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Skill Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles in a technology or services company.
Highly self-driven, aggressive, and detail-oriented, capable of operating in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment.
Deep expertise in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and pipeline management.
Ability to own sales execution end-to-end, driving deal velocity and revenue growth proactively.
Strong analytical mindset—able to go beyond reports and generate actionable business insights.
Experience in sales enablement, process automation, and GTM strategy execution.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing leadership and cross-functional teams.
Hands-on approach—willing to roll up sleeves, problem-solve, and ensure deals move forward aggressively.
