Role/ Position Overview
The Operations Executive is responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring seamless coordination between Internal sales, production, and procurement teams. This position ensures smooth order fulfillment, timely delivery, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves effective problem-solving, supporting sales operations, and managing client communications throughout the entire process.
Key Responsibilities
Client Handling & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining positive relationships
- Develop workforce planning strategy to meet business needs
- Provide solutions to clients, offering them the best products/services that meet their requirements
- Client coordination and Client communication.
Operations Handling
- Manage the documentation and tracking of sales orders, proposals, and other necessary paperwork
- Support sales teams in the execution of the sales process, ensuring efficient operations
- Sample Presenting and Visiting client side for sample showcasing
Coordination for Order Production
- Track orders and ensure they meet client expectations
- Facilitate smooth communication between all stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal and Procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
Internal and Stakeholder Procurement
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure order execution
- Streamline procurement processes to meet client needs
Problem Solving
- Address client issues promptly and provide effective solutions

Qualification
- Educational Qualification Certifications, if needed Others, if any Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or courses in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) would be a plus.
Work Experience
1-2 Years Experience in a similar role with exposure to order management, procurement, or
sales operations.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Familiarity with sales operations and processes, including order management and production coordination.
