Sales Operations Data Analyst

We're looking for a highly experienced Sales Operations Analyst with strong commercial acumen to support high performance regional sales teams working closely with the APAC sales leadership to deliver sales operations excellence, performance and productivity improvements, and provide data driven insights.
This role will be focused on lead, opportunity and account optimisation, data assignment, sales technology management, sales performance analytics, issue resolution through Tier 1 escalations, sales productivity improvements and data insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Salesforce and other data sources to highlight lead, opportunity and account insights to drive sales performance and productivity improvements
- Analyse business needs, provide data and deliver insights to support APAC sales teams success across the different customer segments including SMB and Mid Market
- Assist in the maintenance of customer and master data, including account attributions.
- Simplify data summaries for distribution, defining daily, weekly and monthly insights on sales pipeline
- Record daily allocation of accounts to sales team, activity associated and overall outcome of support structure
- Measure success of activity and impact to base growth
- Manage the sales related tools to improve processes and sales effectiveness.
- Participate actively in building and fostering a team approach across operational functions.
Essential Skills and experience:
- 5+ years min as a Sales Operations /Data Analyst
- 5 years working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) experience including extensive reporting for sales agent performance, channel attribution, conversion rates, win rates, quota achievement etc.\Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint / Google Workspace capabilities
- 3+ years delivering sales data analytics and insights using spreadsheets to drive insights and provide data driven reports
- Proven ability to communicate to Senior Leaders and Sales teams
- Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of performance and productivity reporting including pipeline optimisation and sales process improvements
- Experience in fast paced, global environments with the ability to adapt to changing initiatives and multiple projects
- Experience with analytical tools including SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, QlikSense
- Proactive team player with strong business acumen and ability to learn and move fast
