Position: Sales Operations Administrator

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15272

Shift: M-F 8 AM-5PM, 3 days minimum in the office but there are weeks 5 days may be required

Contract Duration: 1 year with opportunity for extension

Job Description:

• 80+ headcount Timecard Approval, Correction, Holiday Management
• Distribution of communication and announcements within the Business Unit
• Maintenance of employee adds, changes, & removals within systems and distribution lists
• Responsible for the ordering and distribution of awards, retirement gifts
• Manage the sales representative car upgrade process
• Provide meeting support with preparation of location, food and beverages, attendance and other necessary items
• National Sales Meeting forum support
• Sales Rep On-boarding materials and coordination
