Maintaining skills in D365 applications process design and configuration; D365 application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and D365 application technical architecture.
Keep and maintain D365 application and platform for all the Reservoir BU.
Enter opportunities and keep up to date all sales cycle for opportunities involving TPIs.
Sales Support
Assist with marketing support to increase customer outreach activities in the different regions.
Identify effective outreach networks (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.) to contact new and existing customers.
Research EIC databases for projects and use outreach networks to find key contacts for those projects. Include those contacts in the CRM and marketing mailing list.
Work with the sales team to identify the correct customer audience in each region/country and target contacts with a marketing campaign.
Message key contacts to set up further discussions about Tracerco offering services directly.
Work with sales teams to identify relevant oilfield groups within the Reservoir Subsurface communities for regional marketing opportunities.
Sales Operations
Own monthly month end processes through deep dive analysis, anomaly detection and resolution.
Develop tools, dashboards, queries, and reports while ensuring data quality and integrity. Ensuring accuracy of data and data analysis is of utmost importance.
Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.
Proactively evaluate, develop, and simplify working procedures to continuously improve the operations and reduce controllership risks through automation and tech.
Project manage automation and improvement initiatives by communicating program status, risk, providing clear recommendations for resolution or mitigation to leadership.
Establish and maintain critical relationships with internal partners.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand in-depth and improve existing models and processes.
Support recurring and ad hoc reporting and deep dive inquiries for various internal/external stakeholders.
Develop tooling and report build outs for improve efficiency.
Look around corners to provide predictive risk analysis and opportunities.
