Our client, a leading security and facility services company, provides proactive protection and cutting-edge smart technology to deliver tailored solutions. They are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations and provide direct administrative assistance in Manhattan, NY. This role will be responsible for efficiently processing sales orders, managing customer inquiries, and handling service requests. This is a hybrid position with a temp-to-perm opportunity!

Job Function

• Serve as the primary contact for select clients, handling service requests from initiation through fulfillment, ensuring proper staffing, purchase order completion, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to evaluate opportunities, secure approvals for special terms, and manage contract renewals.
• Provide administrative and sales support, including processing sales orders, validating order accuracy, and updating records in NetSuite CRM.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present Client Business Reviews, report KPIs, and support account analysis for potential risks or upselling opportunities.
• Support sales representatives with complex RFPs, quotes, and data collection to improve sales outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer records, ensure operational readiness for orders, and provide direct support to sales leadership.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
