We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and resourceful Sales Operations Associate to join our Sales Operations team. This role is a key part of our support model for the revenue organization, acting as an internal partner to Sales and Customer Success teams across the region. You’ll be responsible for resolving case-based requests, which often require a mix of process knowledge, systems thinking, and investigative problem-solving.
You’ll develop a strong understanding of how our business operates—from how we structure deals and contracts to how our systems support the sales process. While we have documentation and training to guide you, not every request is one-size-fits-all. You’ll need to think critically and interpret the ask—but you won’t be doing it alone. Our Sales Operations team is highly collaborative, and you’ll have the support and guidance you need to navigate more nuanced or complex scenarios.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support & Case Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound requests (“cases”) from Sales and Customer Success. You'll investigate requests that range from user questions to data discrepancies, system bugs, or quote creation challenges.
Problem Solving & Triage: Use strong analytical and critical thinking skills to determine root causes, distinguish user errors from system issues, and identify when requests should be escalated. Balance multiple cases at once and determine how to prioritize effectively.
Systems & Process Knowledge: Learn and maintain deep knowledge of our Salesforce environment, quoting flows, pricing models, contract structure, and product offerings to ensure accurate case resolution.
Office Hours & Live Support: Host regular virtual “office hours” to support the revenue team, requiring clear and confident verbal communication.
Data Quality & Reporting: Help maintain high data quality standards across Salesforce and support with the creation and distribution of reports and dashboards.
Sales Enablement: Contribute to process documentation, support training efforts, and help ensure that the sales team understands and follows established workflows.
Education and/or Work Experience:
BA/BS degree required
1–3 years of experience; familiarity with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or internal support roles is a plus
Exceptional communication skills; professionalism and tact when pushing back on lower priority or out-of-scope items
Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
Strong problem-solving instincts and a self-starter attitude
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests at once
Eagerness to learn complex systems and concepts quickly
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
Systems Knowledge/Experience:
Salesforce (CPQ a plus!)
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel/Google Sheets (able to review and parse large sets of data using basic formulas and pivot tables)
New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $59,500 - $102,000. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
