About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Sales Operations Assistant to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations of our showroom. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and showroom staff to coordinate schedules, prepare sales materials, keep the showroom presentation-ready, and help create a welcoming experience for clients and trade partners.



Key Responsibilities:


🧩 Sales Support

  • Assist with generating, formatting, and updating quotes, sales documents, and reports
  • Pull basic sales data and help prepare weekly/monthly dashboards
  • Help track and organize client files and communications
  • Prepare and print project packages or presentation materials


🕒 Schedule & Operational Coordination

  • Create and manage rotating showroom staffing schedules
  • Coordinate meeting and event logistics for TP visits or in-showroom promotions
  • Track time-off requests and ensure proper coverage


🪞 Showroom Appearance & Readiness

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom (supplies, materials, samples)
  • Coordinate restocking of brochures, sample kits, and light hospitality items
  • Ensure showroom is presentation-ready each day


👥 Cross-Team & Customer Collaboration

  • Support customer check-ins and assist with greeting walk-ins when needed
  • Communicate with customer service and logistics teams for basic delivery coordination
  • Work closely with Sales Manager on ongoing team needs and project updates



What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail ops, showroom coordination, executive assistance, or sales support
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through
  • Confident with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar); Excel a plus
  • Friendly and professional communication style, both in person and over email
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, design-driven environment
  • Bonus: experience in furniture, cabinetry, or home interiors
