Russell Tobin's client an American multinational cybersecurity company is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst in Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Fully Remote)

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the US)

Schedule: Standard Business Hours

Duration: 05+ months with the possibility of extension

Pay rate: $53.56 - $55.56/hr

Job Description:

The Sales Operations Analyst will support the NAM Sales Operations team with various data-centric tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across multiple segments. Key responsibilities include managing and updating account data, supporting sales teams, and processing back-office requests. This role will also involve troubleshooting account data issues and providing support for sales planning and compensation processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Master Data Management: Handle account change requests, hierarchy updates, and ensure accurate firmographics.
• Data Quality Assurance: De-duplicate accounts, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure accuracy for sales quoting.
• Back Office Support: Process manual requests related to compensation credit splits, aircover bonus requests, and uncovered territory credits.
• Anaplan Support: Assist with FY25 sales planning and provide Anaplan-related support for sales operations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales operations, data management, or similar roles is preferred.
  
  

Skills & Attributes:

• Required: Proficiency in MS Suite, Google Suite, and troubleshooting skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Tableau and Anaplan.
• Languages: Fluency in English (speak, read, write).
