Position Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst will play a vital role in leveraging data analytics and business intelligence to support sales strategy and performance. They will analyze sales data, develop dashboards, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize sales processes. Additionally, they will act as a Salesforce liaison to ensure seamless system integration and tool optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, with a focus on process automation for efficiency.
Essential Functions
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for the following:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Extract, transform, and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Dashboard & Report Development: Create and maintain dynamic sales dashboards and comprehensive reports to support decision-making.
- Sales Optimization: Provide actionable insights to enhance seller performance and refine sales processes.
- Salesforce & Technology Liaison: Ensure seamless system integration and optimization of sales tools by collaborating with the technology team.
Competencies
Knowledge:
- Sales operations best practices
- CRM systems (especially Salesforce)

Work Environment
- Location: Primarily office-based, with 1 remote/ work from home day each week.
- Conditions: General office environment with moderate noise levels. Occasional travel to aircraft or client locations may be required.
Physical Demands
- Extended periods sitting at a desk or workstation.
- Occasional walking/ movement between work areas (e.g., meetings, restrooms, or kitchen).
- Repetitive Hand and Wrist Movements via frequent typing and use of a mouse.
- Light lifting of office supplies, documents, or equipment (up to 20 lbs).
- Screen Use: Prolonged use of a computer screen.
