ABD Sales Performance Analyst/Senior Analyst will be responsible for Sales Operations initiatives related to Outbound, Inbound, Chat and Customer Lifecycle Inside Sales Team to support key sales objectives. ABD Phone Sales team is 500+heads, drives ~400 Mn business annually and is aggressively growing. This individual would be focused on delivering results on multiple high-profile initiatives across Phone Sales business. The Sales Performance Analyst, functions as an integral part of the sales operations team to manage compensations processes for GBD Sales Organization Reps, managing compensation rules in the compensation tool, reporting around attainment, Quota setting for sales rep, making sure that compensation and revenue actuals are followed and completed within the required timelines provided. We are looking for energetic, engaging individuals who appreciates working with data, complex rules, orders, attainment etc. This position is responsible for interacting on a regular basis with various cross functional teams like Sales, Scrum, Marketing, Finance, Cloud tech, CTI etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Work with sales and finance to set QRF for the business
· Territory assignment and managing Book of Business
· Reconciling orders, ensuring the correct rep is aligned to orders based on the territory in place, account assignment, value etc.
· Attrition analysis and Outreach management
· Pipeline reporting & forecast management
· SFDC cases, Ad hoc reporting requests
· Reporting on attainment for compensation purposes
· Augment data quality assurance processes by putting in place required QA activities to manage sanity, correctness, quality of data to ensure trust among end consumers/stakeholders and accurate payouts to reps
· Document processes and operating procedures
· Manage & own internal customers, stakeholder, deliverables and timelines
· Perform UAT/PAT for system enhancements
· Strong project management skills
· Ability to work under tight schedules & have flexibility to work under different time zone at times
Desired Candidate Profile
4-8 years
Experience working in sales operations preferred
Good skills in PBI, Tableau, Powerpoint,SQL preferred
Experience using tools as SFDC, Outreach, Gainsight wil be preffered
Highly organized, and pays attention to details, good communicator
Ability to work under minimal supervision, a strong team player
Very good in Sales ops
Target fixing, routing, sales rep team mngt, Sales Compensation, Incentives, Distribution etc
Sql not mandatory. If they know reporting in Excel or Power BI or Tableau it's fine.
