The Sales Operations Analyst supports our global Sales teams and works in close collaboration with our internal partners, including Finance, IT, Legal, and Marketing departments. This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager and is part of the Sales department located in Lexington, MA and will be an on-site role. The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Sales Forecast Management: Monitor the accuracy of sales forecasts and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and proper updates. * CRM Data Integrity: Maintain CRM data hygiene to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date. * Process Compliance: Oversee the fulfillment of sales processes to guarantee adherence and efficiency. * Report and Dashboard Management: Create and update CRM reports and other reports, and dashboards to provide clear visibility into performance metrics. * Sales Tools Leadership: Act as a champion for sales tools by updating user documentation, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing user support. * Support and Assistance: Address inquiries from the sales team and other functions within Genedata regarding tools and processes, fostering a supportive environment. * Quality Assurance: Test new CRM functionalities before deployment to ensure they meet production standards. The essential requirements of the job include: * Educational Background: A relevant university degree in Economics, Finance, or related. * Analytical Skills: Proficiency in working with numbers, reports, and sales analytics is essential. * Operational Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (pivot tables and formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Language Skills: Fluent in English. * Personal Attributes: Structured, with strong organizational skills, accountable, efficient, proactive, highly communicative nature, and strong team player. * Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: * Sales Experience: A background in sales is advantageous. * Technical Experience: * Previous experience in software implementation, including business analysis, testing, user documentation, or training. * Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
