Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst III to join their team in a remote setting. Key Tasks:
- As a Sales Operations Analyst III, you will build comprehensive reports in Salesforce, and proficiency in building sales performance reports (e.g., pipeline, quota attainment, win/loss analysis, customer segmentation reports, etc.)
- Provide support to the sales team by relieving them of administrative work; Duties may include order processing/entry, making price quotations, record keeping, RFP response, product training, or other related tasks
- Building Dashboards and Data: Collaborate with the team to design and build comprehensive dashboards and data sets to support Sales and Operations decision-making processes
Requirements
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) preferred
- Salesforce ops/reporting experience minimum 10 years required
- Experience in querying and manipulating large data sets
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, relationships, and implications of different relationship types
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce formulas for both row-level and aggregate fields and reports
- Strong understanding of the various Salesforce report types and report templates (summary, tabular, matrix, and joined)
- Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical ability with 5+ years of industry experience with data analysis/data science/sales operations
- Exceptional ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, and solve problems
- Outstanding communications skills with the ability to influence decision makers and build consensus with teams
- Proactive and inquisitive learner who seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances
- Strong organizational skills, time management, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
30% - Salesforce Reporting 60% - Salesforce Operations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
