Job Description:-

• Documentation, including process flows/diagrams and user guides
• Commissions processing support
• Pipeline and Forecast Support
• Salesforce data quality
• Process innovation and improvement
• Support sales automation tasks to ensure smooth processes execution.
• Enhance and create sales reports and extract insights from them. Leverage the insights to improve the North America Sales process.
• Collaborate with the multiple functions across Sapiens this includes Marketing/Pre Sales/Products/Business Development
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications: -

• Experienced with Salesforce system
• Understanding of sales principles and metrics, including win rates
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
• Experience in generating and presenting reports to various stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must
• Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions
• Strong program Management & problem-solving skills
