We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Operations Analyst to support our Sales and GTM teams through data-driven insights, process optimization, and sales technology enablement. This role will be responsible for administering and enhancing Salesforce and related tools, aligning cross-functional processes, assisting with forecasting and pipeline reporting, and ensuring strong user adoption through training and support. Ideal candidates will have a Salesforce Administrator certification, a proactive mindset, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with GTM Ops and Business Stakeholders to define the requirements for new Sales Technology and Automation features
- Assist in quarterly and annual forecasting and pipeline reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with the Finance/CSM to align data, processes, procedures and best practices across disciplines
- Work together with Sr Salesforce Administrator, IT and GTM Ops to support implementations, integrations and improve processes between Salesforce and any 3rd party Sales technologies
- Assist with implementing and administering new Sales Tools and Technologies to improve Sales/BDR performance
- Provide continuous user training and support across regions to ensure effective and efficient use of Salesforce/CPQ
- Develop and maintain documentation to support user adoption
- Monitor user adoption and provide training to address deficits
- Design and develop reports and dashboards
- Perform database maintenance to include data cleansing
- Manage and execute on Salesforce user support tickets
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator certification
- Knowledge of click-to-configure functionality such as Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, creating new fields, objects, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables
- Proven organizational skills
- Demonstrates strategic thinking by using appropriate information to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and collaborate with impacted groups to drive decisions and quality results

The position is HYBRID in Andover, MA - you must be able to work a hybrid schedule (Wednesday & Thursday In-Office)
