Role Description

The Sales Negotiator role at Connells is a full-time, on-site position located in Leighton Buzzard. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for handling property sales, providing excellent customer service, and managing communications with clients. The role involves scheduling and conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, and ensuring that all sales processes and procedures are followed efficiently. The Sales Negotiator will also be responsible for supporting clients throughout the selling and buying process and working closely with other members of the sales team to achieve targets.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Estate Agents and Lettings (not essential)
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales skills and experience (not essential)
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of the local property market is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
