Job Description:
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth within the pharmaceutical division. This role ensures alignment with corporate goals, develops brand positioning, and manages both internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets.
* Lead the sales and marketing team to ensure performance objectives and KPIs are met.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and channel partners.
* Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, product launches, and medical events.
* Coordinate with regulatory, supply chain, and medical affairs teams for smooth market operations.
* Monitor product performance and propose actions for underperforming SKUs.
* Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for the sales & marketing team.
* Forecast sales targets and ensure their achievement on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Manage marketing budgets and report ROI for campaigns and initiatives.
