Operon Strategist is a leading consultancy in regulatory affairs, quality management systems, and compliance services for medical device manufacturers. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team full-time, on-site. The role focuses on generating revenue through new client acquisition and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients in the medical device and healthcare sector

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer data.
• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Follow up on leads and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify potential clients and analyse their needs to develop customised proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services.
• Generate new business opportunities while nurturing existing client accounts.

• MBA in Marketing (or equivalent qualification).
• 0–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho CRM is a plus.
• A positive attitude with a strong team player mindset.
