Job Overview: The sales Coordinator will support the sales team by facilitating communication with clients, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating sales-related activities to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Assist the sales team with documentation, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
  • Email Marketing.
  • Contacting prospective customer and setting appointments.
  1. Customer Interaction:
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about products and services.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments between sales representatives and clients.
  • Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  1. Sales Coordination:
  • Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics) to streamline sales processes.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Compile and analyse sales data to generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide insights to the sales team and management.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and market trends through data analysis.
  1. Coordination:
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all event logistics are managed efficiently and effectively.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Identify and suggest improvements to sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role will be an additional advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
