Role Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

You will serve as the backbone of the sales department, ensuring smooth client interactions, accurate documentation, effective CRM management, and support for eco-product sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage client inquiries and assist the sales team in closing deals.

✅ Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and order forms.

✅ Maintain and update CRM databases (customer interactions, sales tracking).

✅ Coordinate between sales, marketing, logistics, and production teams.

✅ Schedule meetings, calls, demos, and follow-up activities.

✅ Track inventory and assist with order fulfillment.

✅ Generate weekly/monthly sales performance reports.

✅ Support administrative tasks related to client management.

Requirements:

🎯 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.

🎯 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or office administration.

🎯 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

🎯 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

🎯 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

🎯 Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
