Our global network also extends to emerging markets such as the Middle East and the rest of Asia-Pacific.   Recognized by Great Place to Work in India, Chile, Romania, the US, and the UK, we provide a vibrant, growth-focused, and transparent culture that emphasizes a flexible work-life balance and ensures equal opportunities for all.   Important responsibilities in this role will include: *       You will be responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy, scaling our sales ecosystem, and contributing to marketing initiatives; driving the creation and execution of strategic account plans and new logo acquisition to grow our business globally significantly. *       As the Managing Director, you will initially also contribute directly towards revenue growth by owning and growing strategic accounts, opening new accounts based on your existing network and client relationships, and selling to those supported by the onshore and offshore Solution Architects, Consultants, Operations teams. *       You will work closely with the global sales team. This team size is expected to grow as a part of the overall sales strategy and growth initiatives. You will help the team identify upsell & cross sell opportunities; provide thought leadership to the team in shaping business development  proposals, and help expand and scale the opportunities; be actively involved in shaping the pursuit and winning the key deals in the pipeline *        Attend client meetings along with sales team members, both as coaching opportunities and to expand Evalueserve reach by elevating relationships. *        Build advisory relationships with senior and C-level client executives that anchor long-term sustainable engagements with Evalueserve that are focused on strategic and priority areas *        Connect-the-dots about clients' internal programs, competitive dynamics, etc. to identify new opportunities for Evalueserve. *        Willingness to travel up to 50%.   Skills we're looking for: *         Computer Science or an Engineering degree preferred. *         12+ years of technology related sales or business development experience. *         12+ years proven experience in meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas selling data solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. *         Experience in selling data solutions around use cases with GCP. *         A track record selling to the "C" suite includes trusted long-held and valued relationships, and proven revenue growth and value contribution in a corporate environment. *         A track record of creating innovative programmatic services, to solve business problems. *         Experience in selling outsourcing and/or offshore knowledge services. *         Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, listening and executive presentation skills. *         Experience in positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments. *         Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business. *         Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual goals and building strong pipelines. *         Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals in a collaborative environment.
