Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - circa 120k base salary + bonus (total comp circa 160-180k) to lead our cybersecurity sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions or a similar technical solution. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and strengthening relationships with key clients.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets including enterprise, SMB, and government sectors.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity products, services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies and enhance customer experience.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consultative selling and regular engagement.

• Analyze sales metrics and prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.


Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales experience in the technology sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven success in selling cybersecurity solutions or similar technical sales.

• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, regulatory requirements, and buyer personas (CISOs, IT Directors, etc.).

• Ability to analyze complex sales data and draw actionable insights.
