Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for our coaching and training services.
2. Generate new leads and nurture relationships with corporate clients and individual participants.
3. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to run campaigns and promote programs.
5. Prepare proposals and follow up with clients professionally.
6. Manage and update the sales pipeline regularly.
7. Collect feedback and work with the team to improve offerings.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, business development, or client
relationship management—preferably in the education, HR, or services sector.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
4. Good understanding of Myanmar's market, especially in B2B sales.
5. Fluency in both Myanmar and English languages.
6. Interest in coaching, personal growth, and learning is a plus.
