We are excited to seek an experienced Sales Manager responsible for sales activities and keep good relationship with customers and manage team. Contribute to fulfillment of the Commercial Actions Plan by gaining and supporting customer loyalty and by developing new traffics through the knowledge of the market and/or product, and managing a dedicated customer portfolio.
To develop and manage a customer portfolio in a specified geographic area in accordance with Agency Business Plan Management; Sell products and services related to it, while promoting Group image and values.
What Are You Going To Do
1. Promote and develop commercial opportunities
2. Leading the Team:
1) Lead Sales team and establish team objectives and working principles (customer base is developed and enriched by team)
2) Ensure that team members deliver and strive to exceed the Sales Action Planning objectives and work as a team
3) Provide guidance and support to team members
3. Inside/Outside Sales duty:
1) Participate in establishing the commercial action plan and in the agency sales segmentation
2) Structure information about competitive rate evolution in order to enable the line to adapt its commercial policy
3) Collect commercial data and customer feedback in Group system
4) Identify the commercial market opportunities and develop new business
5) Identify commercial market opportunities and prospect and follow up customers in order to develop and monitor the customer’s portfolio
6) Ensure follow up on her/his customers portfolio payment and contribute to recover unpaid debt
7) Participate in commercial events and develop a professional network within her/his commercial area
8) Participate in establishing the Commercial actions plan and ensure the right customer's segmentation is selected in her/his area
4. Customer Satisfaction:
1) Handle special customer requests when required
2) Ensure consistent delivery of high level of customer service
5. Performance Management:
1) Ensure all targets are achieved and take appropriate action when necessary
6. Resources Planning, People Development and Training
1) Ensure staff performance reviews are completed and discuss career plans
2) Recommend career plans to Direct reporter / General Manager
3) Identify training needs of staff and determine training programs required. Propose training programs.
4) Coach new staff / existing staff on new work procedures/ processes
Who Are We Looking For
1) Min 5 years with working experience in Management level
2) Minimum Bachelor Degree / University graduated
3) Good commend of spoken and written English
4) Excellent presentation
5) Strong knowledge of Shipping/Forwarding industry
6) Highly motivated, result oriented individual
7) Leadership skills
