Rotterdam Xiaomi Store Store manager/Store staff recruitment (formal contract)
Location: Korte Lijnbaan 11, 3012 EC Rotterdam(10 minutes walk from Rotterdam train station)
Job Responsibilities (Store Manager):
v Responsible for the overall management of the store (inventory, cash, and other personnel). Cooperate with the online Xiaomi store, develop strategy plans and targets for offline store sales.
v Based on local retail market conditions, do the reporting of slow-moving and promotional products regularly. Cooperate with headquarters, planning, organizing, and implementing various promotional activities.
v Actively operate online social media accounts to expand the influence of stores and enhance the competitiveness of offline stores.
v Managing store sales staff and increasing their motivation.
v Properly Handle all kinds of complaints in stores.
v Actively maintain Xiaomi's public relations and cooperate with Xiaomi's various work reports.
v Accomplishing other tasks arranged by the company.
v Communication and coordination between various departments of the company.
Job requirements:
v Good at Dutch, and English; have good communication skills; The one who can speak Chinese will be the priority.
v At least 2 years of experience in terminal marketing, or store management will be the priority.
v Working in a meticulous, organized, patient, and responsible manner.
v High level of teamwork, stress resistance, and high work initiative.
Job responsibilities (the store staff):
v Acquire solid product knowledge and provide professional product demonstration and service to customers.
v Pay attention to the company's sales policy and product dynamics, cooperate with the whole team and push store sales.
v Maintain the company/brand/store image on time, such as store display, cleaning, etc.
v To be responsible for general customer complaints handling in the stores.
v To complete other matters arranged by the store manager.
Job requirements:
v Good at Dutch, and English; have good communication skills; The one who can speak Chinese will be the priority.
v Customer-oriented, good service consciousness, and experience in retail or 3C product sales will be the priority.
v Good communication skills, high execution, concern for efficiency, and acceptance of intra-city transfers.
v Adaptability to a fast-paced working environment and strong learning ability.

Salary:
