What we are looking for
Our Spare Parts Division plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and longevity of our clients’ equipment, providing both original and after-market parts across a wide range of brands.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Spare Parts Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities. The role covers spare parts sales for both construction equipment and recycling solutions, offering clients a full range of original and after-market products.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering and Technical Baground preferred.
- 3+ years experience in sales, preferably in spare parts or technical equipment sectors.
Nice to have
- Proven track record in segment analysis promoting analytical abilities
Responsibilities
- Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- New Business Development: Identify and approach potential new clients to expand the customer portfolio.
- Sales Execution: Proactively promote and sell spare parts (both original and after-market) for construction machinery and recycling equipment.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and prepare tailored offers.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate commercial conditions within company guidelines and close sales contracts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the service department and parts warehouse to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and sales performance, and submit regular reports to the AfterSales Manager.
- Technical Expertise: Continuously update knowledge about equipment, parts, and technical specifications to be able to advise customers professionally
Qualities we value
- Experience in construction equipment, recycling machinery, or industrial parts sales is an advantage.
