RapidTalk is hiring an elite Sales Manager to lead and scale our go-to-market team.
We’re building an AI-powered communication platform that lets businesses talk to customers across text, email, voice, and web chat — all from a single prompt. It’s fast, smart, and already replacing phone lines and front desks across service-based industries and franchise networks.
We’re winning because our product works. Clients go live in under 24 hours. The results are immediate. And the demand is growing faster than we can keep up.
Now we need a sales leader who’s done this before — someone who’s led high-performing SaaS sales teams, scaled outbound engines, and knows what excellence looks like at every level of the funnel.
The Role
We’re looking for a seasoned Sales Manager who’s ready to build a machine. You’ll be responsible for hiring, training, managing, and optimizing a growing team of full-cycle AEs — and for turning a proven product into a repeatable, scalable sales engine.
This is an in-person role based in our Star Mill office (American Fork, UT). You’ll work directly with the executive team and play a critical role in driving revenue and shaping how RapidTalk goes to market.
