Due to continued expansion and accelerated growth in market share SGX FX is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead the SGX FX growth in North Asia.


Roles & Responsibilities


New Sales into Institutional FX clients in North Asia


  • Expansion of SGX FX franchise in the region
  • Running sales life cycle from identification of new accounts through to onboarding
  • Full management and ownership of pipeline and P&L in the region
  • Maintaining Active clients alongside dedicated Account Manager
  • Local liaison with Liquidity Partners and Strategic Partners
  • Marketing in the region via industry events, associations and conferences
  • Close liaison with global sales team and multi asset salesforce
  • Growth and management of a regional sales team


Requirements


  • Proven sales experience, including strong existing client relationships within the eFX community. Relationships with bank trading desks preferred.
  • Min 5-7 years eFX experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Confident in meeting, presenting and liaising at client sites and on video meetings
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a results driven, revenue-based environment
  • Ideal candidate should possess the energy, enthusiasm and commitment to be successful in this role
  • Mandarin Speaking
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity and reliability
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
